Reford Gardens

A living work of art

A true Quebec treasure, this national historic site is a source of wonderment to all who visit. Whether you’re a connoisseur or simply curious, the gardens are an ideal spot to admire over 3,000 plant species and varieties, spread over 90 hectares.

Admire the beauty of the plant world and rare varieties such as the Himalayan blue poppy, and marvel at the achievement of passionate gardener Elsie Reford.

Gardens to play in

The International Garden Festival features temporary garden installations created by artists from around the world. Many of the spaces are interactive, inviting children and adults to observe, learn and play.

A taste of nature

The menu at the Estevan Lodge restaurant is based on 150 edible plants picked fresh from the gardens! The Culinary Delights line of specialty products, available for purchase at the gift shop and online, are also created with flowers and plants from the gardens.
